FIVE STEPS TO SAFER WORKING TOGETHER

 

We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19

We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and sharing the results with the people who work here

We have cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance

We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace

Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have implemented practical measures to manage transmission risk

Our medical and aesthetics team have been trained during our closure to meet strict government guidelines to promote the health and safety of our clients and our staff.

 

These include:

Revised booking and reservation policy

Safe working with social distancing

Strict Sanitation and hygiene procedures

Regular testing and risk assessment

REVISED BOOKING AND RESERVATION POLICY

We have staggered our treatment start times to ensure there is one client at the clinic reception at one time

We have added a COVID-19 medical consent form to all our bookings

Our medical consent forms will be sent in advance of the treatment bookings

24 hour pre arrival calls will be made to all clients to perform additional medical screening

We have reduced our treatment services and will not be offering our Thalgo hand driven facials (london only)

SAFE WORKING WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have staggered our employee shift times so no two employee starts at the same time

We have an operational flow chart of the clinic, and have social distancing marked out on our clinic floor

Each aesthetician will be allocated one room and will greet their clients at a safe distance on arrival

Our aestheticians and doctors will be wearing full PPE

No waiting area will be available, when you arrive to the clinic you will be directed to your treatment room where you will be met by your aesthetician or doctor.

 

STRICT SANITATION AND HYGIENE PROCEDURES

Hand sanitiser will be available on arrival and in the allocated treatment room

Time has been allocated before every treatment to allow cleaning and sterilisation of the treatment room and equipment

Public areas will be sanitised every half hour and door handles wiped after every use

Clients will be offered masks on arrival to the clinic

 

REGULAR TESTING AND RISK ASSESSMENT

A risk assessment has been completed, this will continued to be checked weekly against the operation

Employees have been tested for COVID and they are temperature checked daily before starting duty.
