You can also contact the Clinic Manager, via email at Edinburgh@beyondmedispa.co.uk Beyond MediSpa will endeavour to resolve any complaints swiftly however, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. Beyond MediSpa follows the National time limits for complaints which means we will send you a full response within 20 days: or, where an investigation is ongoing, a full response will be sent within 5 days of it conclusion.
