Matthew Sroda

I am a practising swedish and deep tissue massage therapist with over 10 years experience. Educated at the University of Bielsko Biala in Poland with BA degree in physiotherapy. I have worked in sanatoriums in Poland and various spa hotels in northern Italy and Ireland.

Over the course of my career, my interest have developed around the idea of providing stress release, relaxation, easing muscle tension and restoring my patients health and wellbeing. My approach is to deliver a service that heals and calms both the body and mind.
